Procedure:
Prepare all the ingredients already weighed in (see photo 1), then soften the butter with the heat of the hands, having taken care placing it outside the fridge at least an hour before paiodi 'task.
Place in planetary and run it with the leaves with sugar icing, photo 2, and then add the egg yolks and then the egg whites previously with a small whisk. 
Place in the flour, 3 photos , pour the mixture in the center and gradually mix well until mixture is smooth, soft and fluffy
fill the sac-a-few form cookies in pan lined with parchment paper, the desired shape, photos 4 and 5.
For example, round ones are set to put the icing candied , photos 6, while the elongated , photo 5, are shown to be glazed, cooked to order with the melted chocolate in a bain marie , photos 7.
