Lightweight Tripod Camera Walking

grapefruit salad with chicken, pine nuts and radicchio

Ingredients:

Radicchio long No. 2
Chicken 500g Grapefruit
No. 2

Pine 200gr

½ bottle balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon honey Salt

Pepe

Procedure:

1 - Cut the chicken into strips and radicchio. Peel the grapefruit , taking care to remove even the white part of peel it would give a bitter taste. Remove the cloves and cut diced

2 - Heat the bottom of a frying pan and toast the pine nuts for about 3 minutes. Cook the chicken strips in oil.

3 - Once cooked chicken cut into cubes . Put in a casserole balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring on the heat and leave addensare.4-Place the radicchio on a plate dressed with oil and salt, place over the chicken into cubes, toasted pine nuts and some pieces of grapefruit. With a spoon drop on droplets of balsamic vinegar. As you keep trimming the rind of the grapefruit, however, remove the white part because it is bitter and can be cut into strips above.
